Cecil Street
South Melbourne

The Schnitz Group engaged the CS team on this project because it was a pristine building within a heritage overlay and there were concerns about the signage and the erection of an outdoor gazebo area. The CS team successfully applied for and obtained an expedited planning approval from Port Phillip City Council in late 2014 to ensure the outlet was open for the summer season in busy South Melbourne.
